      No problem installing PM version2, exit 3dsmax and restart, ran 3dsmax (2012) in Administrator mode, tried to run PM and got the following:

      Please help.

      Please place the files from attached archive to folder “\TrackScripts\ProjectManager\Controls”

      As a rule this folder located by this path “C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20XX\enu\scripts”

      sys.zip

      Great! After placing the two files into the folder, PMv2 works now.
