      Hello,

       

      I get this error when I try to activate. I’ve tried to also activate offline and have the id file, put I can’t find where to upload it on the website.

      Hi Marwan,

      The error message explains what’s happening: the license request is being modified in transit,
      usually by antivirus HTTPS scanning or a corporate proxy intercepting the connection.
      Please disable HTTPS scanning or whitelist our domain, then try activating again.

      Thank you for the quick response. I don’t know how to do that but what I did try is turn off all windows firewalls and virus protections temporarily and that did not work. I still get the same error

        Hello,

        Thank you for letting us know. I understand the licence was registered to an email address with a small typo (safakatlunay@gmail.com) instead of your correct address, safakaltunay@gmail.com, which is why you can’t access your purchase.

        I’ll look into this tomorrow and correct the email address on your licence.

            Verification of these requests takes some time, but the change has now been completed. Your email address has been updated to safakaltunay@gmail.com, and your licence is registered to that account.

      Hi Marwan,

      Windows Firewall and Defender aren’t usually the cause here — this error comes from something intercepting the HTTPS connection itself, most often corporate antivirus with SSL/HTTPS scanning, a company proxy, or a VPN. A few things to check:

      If you’re on a work or corporate network, the proxy or firewall is likely doing the interception. Try a different network (e.g. a home connection or phone hotspot) to confirm.
      Some third-party antivirus suites (Kaspersky, ESET, Avast, Bitdefender, etc.) have an “HTTPS scanning” or “SSL/TLS scanning” option that stays active even when you disable real-time protection. That setting specifically needs to be turned off.
      A VPN can also cause this — disconnect it if one is running.

      If you’re still stuck after trying a different network, I can switch your license back to offline mode. It’s less convenient, but it avoids the connection check entirely. Just let me know and I’ll set it up.

      Hi Oleksandr,

       

      This used to be a work computer but it’s not a work network/vpn anymore. I checked with powershell and there’s no proxy or anything that should be blocking the traffic as far as I can tell. If this license can be switched to offline mode that would be great.
