Should Run AI Classifier do anything? I run it and nothing happens.

The AI Classifier is the feature that automatically classifies your asset files (categorising models, textures, etc.).
For it to work, you first need to add folders containing your models and textures to Project Manager.
Once those folders are added and indexed, the classifier has something to work with.

      Kind regards

My pc is getting an error message: MySql connection error. Host ‘192.100.100.#; is blocked because of many connection error; unblock with ‘mysqladmin flush -hosts; Error code: 1129

Once I right-click and stop the AI Classifier it goes away.

I’ve ran – mysqladmin -u root -p flush-hosts — on my MySql server to flush, but still did not stop the error message.

Also when I’m trying to connect to our MySQL database, Im getting a mysql connection error. Authentication method ‘caching_sh2_Password; failed. Either use a secure connection, specify the server’s RSA public key with ServerRSAPPublicKeyFile, or set AllowPublicKeyRetrieval=True Error code:1042.

How do I fix these connection errors?

      Hello Team,

I recently learned about the AI classification feature for 3D assets and downloaded a demo version of your product to test it.

I loaded a set of assets into PM and started the AI Classifier. Unfortunately, nothing seems to happen after that.

Is there something I might be missing, or is there an additional step required to start the classification process?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

        Hi Angel,

        A few things to check:

First, classification takes some time to run in the background, so please allow a few minutes before expecting results, especially on a larger asset library.

Also, could you send a screenshot of your Project Manager interface to support@3d-kstudio.com? That will help us see how your folders are set up and pinpoint what might be going on.
