      When using the fast mode the process just freezes when looking for textures.

    Plugin version: 3.18.44
    3ds Max version: 2021.3
    Renderer: corona

      Please generate the support request.
      You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.

      Also please attach some from your 3ds Max files
