      Please generate the support request.
      You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.

      I have tried generating a support request however the window just gets stuck on ‘Cancel’. Can you confirm you have received a request?

        Hello.
        I’m didn’t receive anything.
        Maybe antivirus or firewall blocks sending.

        The archive should be located in the directory %temp%.
        You can send it manually to support@3d-kstudio.com.

      This occurs when a window is partially located outside the screen.
      This issue will be resolved in the next update.
