It seems that a file named Dirt03.jpg somehow appeared inside the Project Manager installation folder and is currently locked by the system.
To fix the issue, please delete that file manually.Here’s how to do it:
Close 3ds Max.
Open File Explorer and paste this path into the address bar:
%localappdata%\Autodesk\3dsMax\<version> – 64bit\ENU\scripts\Kstudio\ProjectManager_3\
(replace <version> with your 3ds Max version, e.g. 2025)Locate the file Dirt03.jpg.
If Windows says the file is in use, restart your PC and then try deleting it again.
After deleting the file, reinstall Project Manager.
