Check the settings for your firewall. It might be the same problem with Octane or your version of Vray.

All customers can use a common tree of directories and categories, but each user alse can hide some from directories and categories only for his tree.
Use the option “Hide from …”


Project Manager version 3.18.91 gained the ability to hide categories also.
