Use the list of directories to search to specify the priority of the directory to relink.
With the new feature of relocating, you’re no longer limited to adjusting only missing links.
You now have the power to relocate any link, including those already marked as “OK” or “FOUND”.
And yes, you can do this in batch, making it a breeze to relink files to a new location.Batch Relink features a user-friendly list of directories that the application uses to search for files.
You can easily rearrange the order of these directories to suit your preferences. Simply drag and drop the directories in the list to reorder them.
The sequence in which the directories are arranged directly influences the order in which Batch Relink searches for files. This means you can prioritize certain folders for a more efficient search process.2. Support for Larger Archives
Batch Relink now extends its capabilities to handle archives larger than 4GB.
Manage and Archive Assets in more substantial projects with ease.The Batch Relink application is a tool for managing 3D assets in batch mode for 3ds Max files and material libraries.
The application allows you to specify an unlimited number of files to re-link in batch and has options for searching and relinking, collecting files, saving time for future relink operations.
Additionally, it can create archives for 3D files and change paths of asset files from one to another, find and replace links by part of the path.
The application also will display a dialog for helping you make a decision to process duplicate files.
It is a Windows application that does not require 3ds Max to be installed and can be run from the start menu.The full list of changes for this version is given below.
