Try the next:

Install/reinstall the latest Updates and Service Packs for 3Ds Max
Delete file “Kstudio-CacheStart.ms” from the directory
%localappdata%\Autodesk\3dsMax\2023 – 64bit\ENU\scripts\startup

Currently, the tool uses a first-found file.
However, I am working on the capability to show all found files with the ability to select one desired.
Also currently only missing files searching and relink.
So a new feature will be added – the customer will have the ability to re-path any file, including with the status “ok” and “found” (in batch ) to a new location. It looks like your request for a second option.

Without this option, the search will be performed only in the specified folders.
Files in subfolders will be ignored.

What number of folders are in the folder “Vase”?

Please check MySQL settings.
Currently, it returns the next error message:

MySqlException (0x80004005): You do not have the SUPER privilege and binary logging is enabled (you *might* want to use the less safe log_bin_trust_function_creators variable)

Unfortunately , Is not possible to merge the old and new databases. This means that if you revert to a backup, any tags or comments added since then will be lost.
