I can’t drag and drop a .max format file.
Use shift-drop methop is ok. But it is not convenient。
*.3ds format is ok.

Thanks for feedback.

Same bug for me !
I’ve tried to generate the bug report but it fails to send the report (max script listener opens and say “can not merge”)…
Please help ! PM can’t be used at all !

Solution – change the state of the “Material Merge Options” to any another and back.
Or close the 3ds max and remove the ProjectManager.ini file.As a rule the path to scripts is located here:
“C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\20XX\ENU\scripts\TrackScripts\ProjectManager\”
Thank to Joe for help!

ok, working now !
For me i had to completely erase “projectmanager” folder and reinstall it…
Thank you for the support !
Just another thing that as been probably already discuss: i can’t “directly” drag and drop rigged models (i get it without bones). It only work holding “shift” and choosing merge option… Am i wrong ? Is there another way to add rigged models in my scene?
