When vray6 is installed, the plugin loads slowly, and it takes about 30 seconds to fully open. After uninstalling vray, the plugin loading speed is normal.

Check if don’t block Vray License server in the firewall

Hi,

I noticed in 3.18.83 slow open plugin too.

I have vray installed ( demo ) but the renderer is Octane render. 3dsmax 2022

It is not like this before.

Check the settings for your firewall. It might be the same problem with Octane or your version of Vray.

Also, you can generate a support request.
You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.
