This issue might be related to settings or software conflicts on your system. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the problem:

      1. Check Graphics Settings:
Ensure your monitors are correctly configured in your display settings. Verify that the second monitor is recognized and set as an extended display.
      2. Disable Scaling:
If you’re using Windows, check the display scaling settings. Large scaling values might prevent some windows from being moved to another monitor.
      3. Verify Window Modes:
Ensure that PM is not set to full-screen mode. Try switching to windowed mode before moving it to the second monitor.
      4. Check for Software Conflicts:
Other programs, like window management tools or specific graphics-related utilities, might be interfering. Temporarily disable these tools to see if it resolves the issue.
      5. Graphics Driver Update:
Outdated or incompatible graphics drivers could cause this behavior. Update your GPU drivers to the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.
      6. Test on Another User Profile:
If possible, create a new user profile on your system and check if the issue persists. This can help identify if the problem is related to your current profile settings.

PS: A few months ago, a user faced a similar issue, and reinstalling their graphics drivers helped resolve the problem. It might be worth trying this step as well!
