I want 3dsMax to to keep rendering in the background without interrupting my workflow. What can I do about this? Even when disabling the frame buffers while rendering or having 3dsMax on another windows desktop does not fix this.
Thanks

During rendering, especially when batch processing or generating previews, 3ds Max tends to steal window focus, which disrupts parallel work in other applications. This has been discussed on forums, particularly on the Chaos Corona Forum, where users noted that even with the VFB (Virtual Frame Buffer) disabled, the render engine can still trigger popup windows that capture focus.
