If i use batch&relink or custom script native thumbs for *.max file ( if i try to open file ) are black.

Check if this option is turned on.

I unchecked and checked it again. Here is result. Same in perspective for ortho.

Not really :)
I did quick test. See attached screens. It doesnt matter if i thick render thumbs or not.
