      The version 3.35.50 gains the ability to filter models by 3Ds Max version, renderer, comments, category, and image preview status.
      You can download this version from the dashboard.
      Auto-updater will be triggered in a few days if there’s no critical issue found.

      Unfortunately, API currently doesn’t support the material libraries.

      Do you run the rendering from the Batch Render tool?

      I have noticed that your email provider is currently blocking all emails from Kstudio. According to the logs, the specific error message we are receiving is:

      “== waltex125@alice.it MX: mx.tim.it RESP: (550, b’mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [213.109.76.178]’)”

      This indicates that our IP address has been blacklisted by your email provider, which is preventing us from successfully delivering emails to you.

      To resolve this issue, please contact the administrator of your domain “alice.it” and request assistance in removing our IP address from the blacklist.

      To resolve the problem with the plugin, check if you have installed all updates for 3Ds Max.

      Please also check your active mailbox – I sent the email with information about accessing the plugin from the active and valid email.

      Textures will be find automatically only in case if them located near the model.

      In other case you can use Batch Relink tool to relink textures before using
