Hi to all!
I’m glad to share some good news: a new version of Project Manager is now available with support for online licensing.
Public testing has just started, and if you’d like, you can already switch to using online licenses directly from your account dashboard.👉 Public testing has just started. For some users, the option to switch to online licenses is already visible in the account dashboard.
If you don’t see this option yet and would like to try it, just reply here and let us know — we can enable it for your account.For users who own multiple licenses, there’s now also a handy option to generate additional activation keys.
These can be shared with freelancers or teammates, and you always retain full control — you can revoke a key at any time, and the seats linked to that key will be released.How to get started:
Download and install Project Manager v3.41.00 (this version supports both online and offline licenses) on all your computers:

Log in to your account and click “Switch to Online License”:

Activate Project Manager using the activation key shown in your dashboard (see screenshot).How to apply an activation key:
From now on, you won’t need to worry about extra steps when upgrading or reinstalling your PCs.

ModeratorPosts: 264Threads: 1285Joined: Aug 2009Thanks for the dump! I hope that upgrading to the new MySQL version and switching to non-regex searching has already helped.
After upgrading, please double-check your MySQL settings.
For some reason, your current configuration deviates significantly from the defaults, and that can have a huge impact on search performance.
As a rule of thumb, you should leave settings at their defaults unless you truly need to change them—and understand exactly why.Below is the recommended [mysqld] block you should apply:
[mysqld]
# InnoDB buffer — set to (128M):
innodb_buffer_pool_size = 128M# Open table cache:
table_open_cache = 4000# Read buffer size (if needed):
read_buffer_size = 131072# Open file limit (will be read by the system):
open_files_limit = 10209# InnoDB I/O bandwidth:
innodb_io_capacity = 10000
innodb_io_capacity_max = 20000———–
Restart MySQL after changing settingsOleksandr Kramer
ModeratorPosts: 264Threads: 1285Joined: Aug 2009Thanks for data, that you sent.
Version 3.40.28 requires MySQL version 9.1.0. You currently use version 8.0.28. Using not recommended version may extremely slow down searching. Please update MySQL to the latest version.Also, regex searching might be a bit slowly than other searching methods.
Just switch to another search method
…error when accidently entering incorrect characters into the searchbar…
This will be fixed soon.
Could you, please, also send the latest database dump from this directory
