If I drag a material from the Project manager into the scene, the Vray vantage live link unnecessarily reloads the entire scene, which is a lot of time lag. 2. On the other hand, if I add it from the Editor, it updates immediately and does not reload, which is very good and there is no time lag, but you have to click a lot more unnecessarily compared to point 1. This working principle should be transferred to point 1 as well, so that it does not reload the vantage live link window, but only updates it, as with point 2. I am illustrating this with materials in the video, but the same thing happens with models. Where the black screen appears, it reloads the scene, where it does not appear, only the material change appears. This could also be a bug, as the two approaches work in a similar way. Thanks Tom

But as far as I remember, Vantage always restarts the render, at least after merging the model.
Regardless, you merge it via the Project Manager or using the standard 3ds max merge dialog.
