When an object in uncheck as “Renderable” in the Object Properties window in 3DS Max, it seems like Project Manager disregards the object when importing it.
We have scenarios on our library where we would like these none-renderable objects to be imported as well. They are base object for Forest Pack setups, etc.
Could this be possible in some way?

The only options that could be affecting this based on your feedback is “Skip empty geometry”, but that is not the case, plus I have it unckeck already.
The geometry has faces. It’s just that is check as none renderable in the Object Property dialogue.

However this is an interesting feature to import Forest Pack Objects that scatter on top of a “none renderable” object, so when you render you only see the scattered result but not the base object.

I understand the challenge to find the right words there.
Thanks Oleksandr!
