Well useUserProfiles was 1 in my InstallSettings.ini, changing it’s permissions and modifying to 0 caused an IO error on startup about nonexisting User and System Paths and to start in some video driver-less mode (loading HeidiDriver.drv failed) with broken viewports, and some warning about inability to copy the DefaultUI.cuix into a backup file. This introduced too much instability, so not working.
