Hi,

we found “comments” feature very handy when it comes to searching for a desired models in a model library that we are currently working on.

However, we found that the comments are not saved for a models that were made (and saved) in early verions of 3dsmax (e.g. 2008 and so).  On the other hand, when we are adding comments to models saved in more recent versions, it works completely fine. Is there anything that can be done in this case, so we can add, store and use comment for those older models?

This works for max files older version is well on my side. Please generate the bug report and attach one from your max files.
You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.
