      Hello there,

      Why is that some of my files have preview icons but others don’t?

      How can i fix this?

    Plugin version: 2.94.76
    3ds Max version: 2019
    Renderer: v-ray

      This file doesn’t contains embedded thumbnail.

      So open it and resave file.

      Be note that the option “Save Viewport Thumbnail Image” have to be turn on

      Also of course you can render the preview for file.
