Hi, we are using the new version 3, on version 2 we can drag a hdri file holding shift, but we cant drag hdris on version 3 anymore, it just comes as bitmap file.

    Plugin version: 3.07.52
    3ds Max version: 20
    Renderer: corona

Maybe you mean the CoronaBitmap because you use the Corona Renderer.

For creating the VrayHDRI map you should switch your renderer to VRay.

hdri that is in the material library

So if HDRI in a material library that means that HDRI already is part of some texturemap or material.

For getting texturemap that depends on your renderer you must drag HDRI from the “Textures” tab.

Could you make a short video for explaining exactly what you mean.

        So

You tried to drag a texturemap into MatEditor with SHIFT but instead the texturemap it creates a material.

I wrote to you on skype.

      As resume:

Start dragging and only after starting drag press and hold SHIFT key.
