      Hi,
      I was wondering if there was an issue with PM server today because I’m not able to open it.
      When I’m trying to open it, max hangs indefinitly.

      I even tried to download the latest version, but when I drag and drop in the viewport it also hangs indefinitly.
      I made sure to disable my firewall and try both maneauvers and I had the same outcome.

      Would it be related to the PM server that PM tried to ping somehow to see if there is any update or whatever and that would make it fail ?

      This problem is definitely not related to the update check.

      Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

      1. Restart Windows: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix many issues.
      2. Ensure 3ds Max is updated: Make sure you have installed the latest updates for 3ds Max 2024.
      This can resolve any compatibility issues that might be causing the hang.
      3. Download and install the latest version of Project Manager

      If you continue to experience problems, please generate the support request.
      You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ⇒ Create Support Request.

      Thanks for your fast responce!

      I have re-started windows and I have been able to install the latest version.

      All working again as expected, thanks a lot!
