      Say I have different leafs or plants in the same .max file. Now, when merging it creates 1 proxi for the whole file. How about an option that allow to create seperate proxi for each object?

      Just merge and convert to Proxy in the usual way.
      Also maybe I can add the ability to call the standard converting dialog immediately after merging.

      What is the usual way? Import and then right-click, convert to proxy, or something within PM functionality?

      Yes – just import using Project Manager ( or 3ds Max ) and then convert to proxy from right-click menu.
