Hello,

I have an issue when i make an thumbnail render with a custom scene (in Vray5 hotfix2). For some reason, the lighting intensity is not the same between some different objects. One thumbnail will be overexposed and another one, with a another object, will have correct exposure…

I have tried to change parameters to “auto-exposure” but nothing work.

Can you help me and tell me what i’m doing wrong?

You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.
