      Project Manager Update Block.

       

      During the update of Project Manager from version 3.23.45 to version 3.35.51 the program crashed (it didn’t allow me to continue, there were no error messages).

      The block prevented me from installing the new version 3.35.51 in MAX 2017.

      In max now I no longer have any Project Manager program bar.

      However, I had saved the database and exported the program.

      But what can I do now? Tell me the procedure to restore the program.

       

      The OS is Windows 10.

       

      I have to send this email not from your site, because your site does not recognize the email of my account: waltex@alice.it (it says it does not exist).

      To resolve the problem with the plugin, check if you have installed all updates for 3Ds Max.

      Please also check your active mailbox – I sent the email with information about accessing the plugin from the active and valid email.

      I tried doing the update manually
      by downloading the zip files.
      In Max 2015 the update files work up to
      version: 3.24.12.
      These following versions instead crash and are not installed:
      v: 3.35.26
      v: 3.35.31
      v: 3.35.35
      I didn’t receive your email.
      Too bad your site doesn’t allow email replacement.

      I have noticed that your email provider is currently blocking all emails from Kstudio. According to the logs, the specific error message we are receiving is:

      “== waltex125@alice.it MX: mx.tim.it RESP: (550, b’mail not accepted from blacklisted IP address [213.109.76.178]’)”

      This indicates that our IP address has been blacklisted by your email provider, which is preventing us from successfully delivering emails to you.

      To resolve this issue, please contact the administrator of your domain “alice.it” and request assistance in removing our IP address from the blacklist.
