I put the libraries of materials in the materials panel. Sometimes when you run the project manager can not see anything, materials and binders or catalogs or materials scene inside panel materials project manager. From that moment I can not add folders or create catalogs. Restart 3dmax and after several attempts I put folders and create new catalogs again. This happens on multiple computers and repeatedly.
