Hi, when I have a new scene, and I drag a few objects in, and want to link the textures, Project manager is always asking to save the 3ds max file before doing that. When I was on File Path finder pro previously, I didn’t have that message. Is it possible to turn off that pop-up window?

Hi
You should save a file before relinking - November 20, 2024 at 12:15 #43148Vjekoslav KiralyParticipantPosts: 1Threads: 1Joined: Dec 2019
Thanks, however while using Pathfinder Pro, I never had to do that, so there’s no way on turning that off?
Because I have a “scrap” max instance, where I import all models, clean them, then transfer to an actual scene. With this I always need to save these scrap max files- November 20, 2024 at 18:07 #43156Oleksandr KramerModeratorPosts: 256Threads: 1133Joined: Aug 2009
I will check for this. In some cases, it might be possible without saving current scene
