I am having problems with the application.
I have changed the directory of some material libraries, but it stays saved as if they were there but they appear in red because they are no longer there, when I click on delete I get the following error.



on the other hand those materials were related to “favourite categories” but when I delete them I also get this message

nothing is deleted

 

how can I fix the database without losing all the 3d object categories, I don’t mind redoing the material libraries, but it would be a headache to redo the data in my 3d libraries.

Please generate the support request and attach the text from this dialog.
You can find this option in the main 3ds max menu “Project Manager” ==>> Create Support Request.
